Know all men by these presents, that I. C.A. Bertrand
of the County of Brazos , State of Texas , for and in
consideration of the sum of one ($1.00) dollar to me cash in hand paid by the

City of College Station, Texas, a municipal corporation in Brazos County, Texas,
duly incorporated under the general laws of the State of Texas, the receipt of
which is hereby acknowledged, have
9 r granted, sold and conveyed, and by these
presents do grant, sell and convey unto the said City of College Station, Texas,
certain rights and Interests in the form of an EASEMENT on and through the
following described property.
That certain tract or parcel of land lying and being situated in the
Morgan Rector League in College Station, Brazos County, Texas, being
the same 38. 65 acre tract conveyed to C.A. Bertrand by deed recorded
in Volume 305, page 853 of the Deed Records of Brazos County, Texas .
The easement herein granted being a strip of land ten (10 ' ) feet in
width and lying five (5 ' ) feet either side of the following described
centerline:
Beginning in the southwest line of the said Bertrand 38. 65 acre tract,
N 48° 37 ' W - thirty (30 ' ) feet from the south corner of the said
38. 65 acre tract.
Thence N 41° 40 ' E - 878.0 feet parallel to and thirty feet from the
southeast line of the said 38. 65 acre tract to the end of this
easement.

I do hereby bind myself, my heirs, executors and administrators, to warrant and
forever defend, all and singular these rights and Interests unto the said City
of College Station, Texas, and its successors and assigns, against every person
whomsoever lawfully claiming, or to claim the same, or any part thereof.
