Know all men by these presents , that
• AREA PROGRESS CORPORATION
of the County of BRAZOS , State of TEXAS , for and in
consideration of the sum of one ($1 .00) dollar to me cash in hand
paid by the City of College Station , Texas , a municipal corporation
in Brazos County, Texas , duly incorporated under the general laws
of the State of Texas , the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,
have granted, sold and conveyed, and by these presents do grant ,
sell and convey unto the said City of College Station, Texas ,certain
rights and Interests in for form of an EASEMENT on and through the
following described property.
tract or parcel of land lying and being situated in the Crawford
Burnett League of Brazos County, Texas , and being a part of Lot No.
39 , Block No. 14, Southwood, Section 25 an addition to the City of
College Station, Brazos County, Texas , according to plat of record
in Volume 316, Page 687 of the Deed Records of Brazos County , Texas ,
and being a strip of land 10 feet wide adjoining and to the east of
a line described as follows :
BEGINNING at a point in the most southerly corner of said Lot 39 ;
THENCE N 37° 49 ' 47" W - a distance of 251. 28 feet to the most
westerly corner of said Lot 39 .
To have and to hold the rights and interest herein before
described unto the said City of College Station, Texas , and its
successors and assigns forever and I do hereby bind myself, my heirs ,
executors and administrators , to warrant and forever defend, all and
singular these rights and Interests unto the said City of College
Station, Texas , and its successors and assigns , against every person
whomsoever lawfully claiming, or to claim the same, or any part thereof.

twenty foot utility easement on the northwest boundary line of
said Lot 39 .
To have and to hold the rights and interest herein before
described unto the said City of College Station, Texas , and its
