consideration of the sum of one ($1.00) dollar to me cash in hand paid by the
City of College Station, Texas, a municipal corporation in Brazos County, Texas,
duly incorporated under the general laws of the State of Texas, the receipt of
which is hereby acknowledged, have granted, sold end conveyed, and by these
, _ presents do grant, sell and convey unto the said City of College Station, Texas,
certain rights and Interests in the form of an EASEMENT on and through the
following described property.
That certain tract or parcel of land lying and being situated in the
Morgan Rector League in College Station, Brazos County, Texas, being
the same tract conveyed to Isadore L. Krenek by deed recorded in Vol.
137, page 397 of the Deed Records of Brazos County, Texas, and being
a part of Lot 9 and 10 of Lakeview Acre Subdivision.
The easement herein granted being a strip of land twenty (20 ' ) feet in
width and lying ten (10 ' ) feet either side of the following described
centerline:
Beginning in the northwest line of Morgan Lane, 10 feet southwest of
the east corner of the said Krenek tract.
Thence in a northwesterly direction parallel to and 10 feet from the
northeast line of the said Krenek tract a distance of approximately
263. 5 feet to the northwest line of th said Krenek tracaand the end
of this easement.

said City of College Station, Texas, and its successors and assigns forever and
I do hereby bind myself, my heirs, executors and administrators, to warrant and
forever defend, all and singular these rights and Interests unto the said City
of College Station, Texas, and its successors and assigns, against every person
whomsoever lawfully claiming or Dto claim the same, or any part thereof.
