Texas, and other valuable considerations, receipt of which is acknowledged do
hereby give and grant to the City of College Station, Texas, the right to con-
struct, re-construct, and perpetually maintain a sanitary sewer upon and across
the following described property:
Being a strip of land 20 feet wide for a sanitary sewer line easement situated
in the Morgan Rector Survey, Abstract 46, Brazos County, Texas, and being
part of that 28.25 acre tract conveyed to Victoria Kapchinski as recorded in
Volume 31, Page 246, Probate Minutes, Brazos County Deed Records, the centerline
of said 20 foot easement being more fully described as follows:
BEGIN at the south corner of a 10.0 acre tract of land conveyed to Frank A. Matous,
Jr. , by Victoria Kapchinskie as recorded in Volume 261, Page 269, Brazos County
Deed Records; Thence in a northwesterly direction a distance of 18.60 feet to
the BEGINNING POINT of this DESCRIPTION;
THENCE, S. 42° 59' W. 541.50 feet to a point;
THENCE, S. 88° 26' W. 258.50 feet more or less to a point in the east line of a
4.00 acre tract of land owned by Herbert Cole, said
point
direction a distance of 227.50 feet from the northeast corneroofesaidin

An additional easement for construction purposes is granted
for a(1) year from the date hereon, said construction easement b►ing a 100ifd 00 foot
