Know all men by these presents , that We , Southwood
Va11Py, inc_
of the County of Rrazos , State of Texas , for and in
consideration of the sum of one ( $1 .00) dollar to me cash in hand
paid by the City of College Station , Texas , a municipal corporation
in Brazos County, Texas , duly incorporated under the general laws
of the State of Texas , the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,
have granted, sold and conveyed, and by these presents do grant ,
sell and convey unto the said City of College Station, Texas ,certain
rights and Interests in for form of an EASEMENT on and through the
following described property.
Being a drainage easement twenty five ( 25 ' ) feet in width across
Lot 14 in Block 9 of Southwood Valley Section One, an addition
to the City of College Station, Brazos County, Texas , according
to plat of record in Volume 329 , page 119 of the Deed Records
of Brazos County, Texas , and being located along and parallel
to the northeast line of the said Lot 14 and the southwest line
of Longmire Drive and extending from Todd Trail to the southeast
line of the said Lot 14.
