HomeMy WebLinkAbout1977V382P444 Vol 3y2, Dago 4 4 STATE OF TEXAS KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: COUNTY ,OF BRAZOS ¢ That I, We, Navajo Limited, w 7 i mi ter1 p I rtne+rchi p of the County of Bexar State of Texas, for and in the consideration of the sum of $1.00 , and the further consideration of the enhancement of the value of the land, paid by and moving from the City of College Station, a Municipal Corporation of Brazos County, Texas, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, have granted, bargained, and conveyed, and by these presents do grant, bargain, and convey unto the City of College Station, its successors and assigns, a right-of-way easement for the purpose of constructing and maintaining a Snaitary Sewer Line of said City, across a certain tract of land situated in Brazos County, Texas, described as follows: Being all that certain 7.76 acre tract or parcel of land, lying and being situated in the Crawford Burnett League, Abstract No. 7, in Brazos County, Texas, and being the same 7.76 acre tract conveyed to Navajo, Limited, by Horace F. Thomas by deed recorded in Volume 332, page 500, of the Deed Records of Brazos County, Texas. Said right-of-way easement being more particularly described as follows: Being a strip of land twenty (20) feet in width and lying adjacent to and southwest of the following described line: BEGINNING at an iron rod marking the most northeasterly corner of the aforementioned 7.76 acre tract, said corner also lying on the southwest right-of-way line of the Southern Pacific Railroad right-of-way; THENCE S 26°40'00" W along the northeast property line and southwest right-of-way line of the aforesaid Southern Pacific Railroad for a distance of 105.00 feet to a point for the end of said easement.
