of the County of Brazos , State'of Texas , for and in consideration of
the sum of one ($1. 00) dollar to me cash in hand paid by the City of College Station, Texas,
a municipal corporation in Brazos County, Texas, duly incorporated under the general
laws of the State of Texas, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, have granted, sold,
and conveyed, and by these presents do grant, sell and convey unto the said City of College
Station, Texas, certain rights and Interests in the form of an EASEMENT on and through
the following described property. Being an easement ten (10 ' ) feet in width
through Lots 1 , 2 , 3 , and 4 in Block 32 of Southwood Valley section
8-B, an addition to the City of College Station, Texas , according to
plat of record in Volume 368 , page 665 of the Deed Records of Brazos
County , Texas , and lying five (5 ' ) feet either side of the following
described centerline:
Beginning in the line between the said Lot 4 and Lot 5 , S 47° 04 ' 25 " W
144.43 feet from the front common corner of the said Lots 4 and 5 .
Thence S 36° 41 ' 53" E - 213 .94 feet to the line between Lots 1 and 2
at a point located S 57° 59 ' 15" W - 170. 73 feet from the front common
corner of the said Lots 1 and 2 , and continue in the same direction
10.0 feet into the said Lot 1 to the end of this easement.
To have and to hold the rights and interests herein before described unto the
said City of College Station, Texas, and its successors and assigns forever and I do hereby
bind myself, my heirs, executors and adm iistrators, to warrant and forever defend, all
and singular these rights and Interests unto the sa::' City of College Station, Texas, and its
successors and ._-3 gns, against every person whoa-soever lawfully claiming, or to claim
the same, or an,, _part thereof.
