Know all men by these presents, that I, Walter Rr-Ad1 Pay
of the County of Brazos State of Texas , for and in consideration of
the stun of one ($1. 00) dollar to me cash in hand paid by the City of College Station, Texas,
a municipal corporation in Brazos County, Texas, duly incorporated under the general
laws of the State of Texas, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, have granted, sold,
and conveyed, and by these presents do grant, sell and convey unto the said City of College
Station, Texas, certain rights and Interests in the form of an EASEMENT on and through
the following described property.
A 10' wide electric line utility easement centered on the existing guy wires, poles
and appurtenances located on Lot 14, Blk. 5, University Oaks Section Two and a 20'
wide easement on the northeast and northwest side of the aforementioned tract for
purposes of access to the utility mentioned; all as exists as of the 19th day of
April, 1977.

To have and to hold the rights and interests herein before described unto the
said City of College Station, Texas, and its successors and assigns forever and I do hereby
bind myself, my heirs, executors and administrators, to warrant and forever defend, all
and singular these rights and Interests unto the said City of_College Station, Texas, and its
successors and assigns, against every person whomsoever lawfully claiming, or to claim
the same, or any part thereof.
