BEGINNING at the intersection of the northeast right-of-way line of State

west line of the said Boriskie tract to an iron rod;

THENCE S 42° 11 ' 40" W - 534 . 33 feet to an iron rod;

hereby reserve the right to utilize the sixty (60 ' ) foot wide area
parallel to the northwest line of the hereinabove described property
for access purposes together with Grantee.
