Know all men by these presents, that I, LARRY LANDRY
of the County of Brazos, State of Texas, for and in consideration of the
sum of'one ($1.00) dollar to me cash in hand paid by the City of College
Station, Texas, a municipalcorporation in Brazos County, Texas, duly
incorporated under the general laws of the State of Texas, the receipt of
which is hereby acknowledged, have granted, sold, and conveyed, and by
these presents do grant, sell and convey unto the said City of College
Station, Texas, certain rights and interests in the form of an EASEMENT
for the purpose of constructing and maintaining underground electrical
service lines and electrical devices for service to the herein described
trart of land .
