The City Council may or may not attend the Parks and Recreation Advisory Board Regular Meeting.
1. Call to order and Roll Call.
2. Possible action concerning requests for absences of members.
3. Hear visitors.
4. Consideration, possible approval, and discussion of minutes from the meeting of May 14,
2014 and July 8, 2014. June 11, 2014 meeting was cancelled.
5. Review and possible action over the plans of the Barracks II Subdivision Parks 5 & 8.
6. Report, possible action, and discussion concerning the current Capital Improvements
Program:
➢ Capital Improvements and Park Land Dedication Project Lists
➢ Dedications of Less than Five Acres
➢ West Park Addition Lots 23R1, 23R2, & 24R, Block 9
> The Domain at Northgate
➢ College Hills Woodlands Lots 15R & 16R
> West Park 2nd Addition, Block A, Lots 9R, 10R, & 11R
➢ Emerald Ridge Estates Phase 2
➢ Barracks II Phases 105 & 106
> Barron Crest Subdivision
7. Presentation, possible action, and discussion on future agenda items: A Board Member
may inquire about a subject for which notice has not been given. A statement of specific
factual information or the recitation of existing policy may be given. Any deliberation shall
be limited to a proposal to place the subject on an agenda for a subsequent meeting.

on the 12th day of August, 2014. For the meeting to begin at 7:00 p.m. at the Wolf Pen Creek Green Room, 1015 Colgate,
College Station, Texas, 77840. The following subjects will be discussed, to wit: See Agenda.
