The City Council may or may not attend the Economic Development Committee Regular Meeting.
1. Call to order.
2. Economic Incentive Negotiations {Gov't Code Section 551.0871; possible action The City Council
may deliberate on commercial or financial information that the City Council has received from a
business prospect that the City Council seeks to have locate, stay or expand in or near the city which
the City Council in conducting economic development negotiations may deliberate on an offer of
financial or other incentives for a business prospect. After executive session discussion, any final
action or vote taken will be in public. The following subject(s) may be discussed:
a. Economic incentives for a proposed development located near the intersection of College
Avenue and University Drive.
b. Economic incentives for a proposed development located near the intersection of Tarrow
Street and University Drive.
c. Economic incentives for a proposed development located in the One Health Plus Biocorridor.
d. Economic incentives for a proposed development located in the College Station Medical
District — East.
e. Economic incentives for a proposed development located within the Spring Creek Corporate
Campus.
f. Economic incentives for a proposed development located generally near the intersection of
Technology Way and Lakeway Drive.
g. Economic incentives for a proposed development located generally near the intersection of
Gateway Boulevard and State Highway 6.
3. Economic Development Incentive Guidelines and Policy
4. Marketing of College Station by the Bryan -College Station Convention & Visitors Bureau
5. Capital Projects that may utilize Hotel Occupancy Tax revenue and associated feasibility studies
