WHEREAS, The City Council of the City of College Station has
determined the need to revise the cash dedication
requirement for parkland according to Section 4-C,
Ordinance No. 983;
NOW, THEREFORE LET IT BE RESOLVED, the cash requirement for
parkland dedication shall be $225 per dwelling unit
until changed by the City Council.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 27th day of March, 1980.
