Special City Council Meeting
January 26, 1977
7:00 P.M.

Agenda Item No. 1 -- Interviews with architects for Capital Improveme.n. ts Projects.
Mr. Andrew C. Cronk, Emmett Trant & Associates, presented his firm's history
and resume.
City Manager Bardell asked Mr. Cronk if his firm could meet the Texas Public
Building Commission requirements.
Mr. Cronk stated that they could.
Mr. Russell S togsdill, president of Architex, Inc, gave a brief history of
his work and experience.
Mr. Jay Bannister, Henningson, Durham & Richardson, spoke briefly about his
firm' s work.
Mr. Tim Keneipp provided information on his background and experience, noting
his special interest in the residential fire substation.
Mr. M. O. Lawrence described previous projects of interest to the Council.
Mr. J. W. Wood, Wood, Wallis & Kellett, described his experience in this field.
Mr. Fred Wallis also addressed the Council. Mr. Bill Kellett noted that he
was responsible for the engineering services of the present City Hall, Police
and Fire Station.
Agenda Item No. 2 -- Closed session for discussion of pending _litigation.
Mayor Bravenec called the meeting into closed session.
Agenda Item No. 3 -- Closed session for discussion of personnel.
Agenda Item No. 4 -- A~djourn.
Mayor Bravenec called the Council back into open session and declared the
meeting adjourned.
