Workshop City Council Meeting
October 25, 19 78

_Agenda Item No. 1 -- Discussion of bike path~ plan_.
Mayor Pro-Tem Halter asked City Planner Mayo to present the proposed bike path
plan.
Mr. Mayo stated that it would require over $70,000 for the complete plan to be put
into effect.
Discussion from the Council centered on the safety aspects of possible new routes.
Agenda Item No. 2 -- Discussion O_f codificatio, q proposal.
City Manager Bardell explained to the Council the need for and advantages of
coding the city's ordinances.
The Council decided to discuss the matter further at a later date.
A. genda Item No. 3 -- Mr_. ~Sparkey Hardee to discuss with Council gay_bage
situation.
Mr. Hardee presented to the Council a written copy of his recollections from
previous conversations held with various persons involved with his trial pro-
ceedings.
Mr. Hardee asked that Ken Robison, City Judge, be investigated for unfair
practices toward him. He also stated that he thought the City was wasting
money by placing "no parking" signs around his business at Walton Drive.

The Council moved into closed session.
The meeting was reopened to the public and it was noted that no action was
taken in closed session.
