..Agenda Item No. 1-- Discussion of flood plain hydrology.
City Manager Bardell reviewed the purpose of a flood plain study.
City Engineer Ash described the "Rational Method of Flood Elevation" commonly
used to determine flood plains in land development.
Agenda Item No. 2-- Discussion of proposed budget.
City Manager Bardell reviewed the proposed budget for Fiscal Year 1978-79.
