Special City Council Meeting
April 12, 1978

MEMBERS PRESENT' Mayor Bravenec; Councilmen Boughton, Hazen, Adams; City
Manager Bardell; Director of Public Works Ford; City
Engineer Ash; City Planner Mayo; Building Official Koehler;
Student Government Liaison Brockman
VISITORS PRESENT- See guest register
_Agenda Item No. 1 -- Discussion of Council.goals for the coming year.
Mayor Bravenec noted that this was a voluntary meeting and that all goals
workshops would be handled on a voluntary attendance method. If a councilman
is interested in a specific area, he may attend; if not, he is not obligated
to participate.
Agenda Item No. 2 -- Discussion of Capital Improvements Schedule.
City Manager Bardell explained various aspects of the capital improvements
program and answered the questions presented to him concerning areas of
water and sewerage systems, street improvements, parks system, and police,
fire station and city hall buildings.
_Agenda Item No. 3 -- Closed session to discuss personnel.
No closed session was held because the Council felt that it was not necessary
at this tim~.
Agenda Item No. 4 -- Adjourn.
Mayor Bravenec declared the meeting adjourned.
