Special City Council Meeting
February 2, 1978
4:00 P.M.
MEMBERS PRESENT: Mayor Bravenec; Councilmen Ringer, Gardner, Dozier, Halter,
Stephenson, Hazen; City Manager Bardell; City Engineer Ash;
Graduate Design Engineer Fees; Director of Parks and Recreation
Wojciechowski; Land Agent Earle
MEMBERS ABSENT: None
VISITORS PRESENT: See guest register
Agenda Item No. 1 -- Closed session to discuss pendin~ litigation and land
acquisition.
This item was moved to the end of the meeting for the convenience of Councilman
Halter.
Agenda Item No. 2 -- Review of parking and road plan for Bee Creek Park.
Parks and Recreation Director Wojciechowski presented and explained the plan
of Bee Creek Park roads and parking. He stated that of the $144,000 allotted
to parks on the last bond issue to date $40,000 has been spent.
A~enda Item No. 3 -- Consideration of approval to advertise for bids on parkin~
and road plan for Bee Creek Park.
Councilman Dozier moved that the City authorize advertising for bids for
parking and road plans for Bee Creek.
Councilman Ringer seconded the motion.
The motion passed by the following vote:
FOR --- Mayor Bravenec; Councilmen Ringer, Dozier, Hazen
AGAINST --- None
ABSTAINING --- Councilman Gardner
ABSENT --- Councilman Stephenson
The Council convened into closed session and them came into open session
to adjourn.
Agenda Item No. 4 -- Adjourn.
Mayor Bravenec declared the meeting adjourned.
