Special City Council Meeting
May 26, 1977
2:00 P.M.
MEMBERS PRESENT:
Mayor Bravenec; Councilmen Halter, Gardner, Ringer;
City Manager Bardell
MEMBERS ABSENT:
Councilmen Dozier, Stephenson, Hazen
VISITORS PRESENT:

~genda Item No. 1 -- Presentation of Public Administration Service recommendation
on Personnel Classification and Pay Plan.
City Manager Bardell introduced Mr. Lee Weber of Public Administration Service
and gave the background of the study and its authorization.
Mr. Weber presented the Personnel }~nagement Plan and explained its
development.
Mr. Weber answered various questions from the Councilmen concerning the plan.
Councilman Halter moved that the Council accept the Personnel Management Plan.
Councilman Ringer seconded the motion.
The motion to accept the plan was unanimously approved.
Councilman Stephenson joined the meeting.
A special meeting was set for 3:00 P.M. on June 7, 1977.
The regular meeting on June 9, 1977 was set for 7:30 P.M.
Agenda Item No. 2 -- Adjourn.
Mayor Bravenec adjourned the meeting.
