Regular City Council Meeting
May 10, 1977

Mayor Bravenec; Councilman Ringer, Gardner, Dozier,
Halter, Stephenson, Hazen; City Manager Bardell; Director
of Public Works Ford; City Engineer Ash; City Planner Mayo;
Building Official Koehler; Fire Chief Landua; Assistant
Snider
MEMBERS ABSENT:
None
VISITORS PRESENT:

Agenda Item No. 1 -- Review of architect's preliminary plans on proposed
Capital Improvements Projects.
Mr. Walter Scarborough, architex, inc., described the preliminary floor plan
of the new city municipal building complex including additions to city hall
andthe central fire station.
Councilman Halter moved to authorize architex, inc. to develop the working
drawings of the new municipal building complex.
The motion was seconded by Councilman Ringer and passed with Councilman Gardner
abstaining.
A~enda Item No. 2 -- Other business.
City Manager Bardell reqeusted a closed session to discuss pending litigation.
Mayor Bravenec called the meeting into closed session.
A~enda Item No. 3 -- Adjourn.
Mayor Bravenec called the meeting back into open session and declared the
meeting adjourned.
