Emergency City Council Meeting
April 21, 1977

Mayor Bravenec; Councilmen Halter, Dozier, Hazen,
Stephenson; City Manager Bardell
Councilmen Gardner, Ringer
None
Agenda Item No. 1 -- Closed session to discuss possible litigation.
The Council went into closed session immediately.
The Council convened in open session at 1:50 P.M.
Councilman Halter moved that the firm of Sears and Burns be retained
to advise the City on matters pertaining to the electrical situation
in the Bobbitt Mobile Home Park.
Councilman Hazen seconded the motion.
The vote was unanimous.
Agenda Item No. 2 -- Adjourn.
The meeting was adjourned at 1:55 P.M.
