CITY OF COLLEGE STATION
COLLEGE STATION, TEXAS
OCTOBER 16, 1968
Members Present: Mayor Anderson, Councilmen Dan R. Davis,
Bill Cooley, James H. Dozier, O. M. Holt,
Robert R. Rhodes and City Manager Boswell.
This special meeting was called by Mayor Anderson for the purpose of
ordering a special municipal election for the election of a councilman, Place 6,
to fill a vacancy created by the death of Theo R. Holleman for the period ending
with the municipal election of April 7, 1970 and to consider a preliminary plat of
Block Two of University Oaks Subdivision.
On motion by Councilman Holt, seconded by Councilman Cooley, Ordinance
No. 596, an Ordinance ordering a special municipal election was unanimously
approved.
On motion by Councilman Holt, seconded by Councilman Davis, the
preliminary plat of Block Two of University Oaks Subdivision was unanimously
approved.
