MINUTES OF SPECIAL MEETING
July 31, 1968
Members present: Mayor Pro Tom Holt; Councilmen Cooley, Davis, Dozier; and
City Manager Boswell.
The meeting was called to appoint a city secretary. On motion of Councilman
Dozier, seconded by Councilman Cooley, Mrs. Florence Neelley was appointed
city secretary.
