CITY OF COLLEGE STATION
COLLEGE STATION, TEXAS
May 15, 1968
Members Present: Mayor pro tem O. M. Holt; Councilmen Robert R. Rhodes, T. R.
Holleman, Bill J. Cooley; City Manager Ran Boswell.
A motion was made by Councilman Holleman that the action of the City Council
at their meeting of May 9 relative to doubling of the valuation on the tax rolls and
reducing of the tax rate from $1.50 to $0. 75 for the year 1968 be rescinded, leaving
the assessed valuation at 20%. The motion was seconded by Councilman Rhodes.
All those present voted AYE on the motion.
The meeting adjourned subject to call.
