April 11.1 1966
Members present: Mayor Anderson, Councilmen Holt, Rhodes, Rosprim, Adams;
City Attorney Sandstedt; City Manager Boswell.
The purpose of the special meeting was to order a special election of
May 2/., 1966, to elect a councilman from Ward 1 for the period ending April
/+, 1967.
t Ordinance No. 159, an ordinance calling for a special municipal election
of a councilman from Ward 1 to fill a vacancy created by the resignation of
J. A. Orr for the period ending with the municipal election of April 41 1967;
fixing the time, place and manner of holding the election and appointing judges
�(.�a• and clerks thereof was approved as read with the exception of the date of
C� April, 1967, as referred to in the first paragraph relating to the municipal
election. Such reference was changed so as to read April /., 1967.
On motion by Councilman Holt, seconded by Councilman Rhodes, a special

LU election was called for May 2/., 1966 to elect a councilman to Ward 1.
