July 6, 1964
Members Present: Mayor Langford, Councilmen Orr, Boyett, Rosprim, Rhodes,
Holleman, Holt; City Manager Boswell.
Purpose of meeting was to consider Ordinance No. 413, an ordinance
providing for the giving of notice of intention to issue rights-of-way
time warrants, etc.
After explanation of the ordinance by Mr. Ernest Brown, Jr., vice president
�� of Moroney, Beissner & Co. of Houston, and general discussion thereon, on
Q motion by Councilman Orr, seconded by Councilman Rosprim, Ordinance No.
413 was passed and approved and notice thereof ordered published in the
official newspaper of the city.
