City Manager Boswell.
Visitors Present: Fred Brison.
The Christmas open house is to be held on Tuesday, December 17, 1963,

On motion by Councilman Orr, seconded by Councilman Rosprim, the regular
W December meeting was scheduled at 5 p.m. December 17, 1963, after the open

2 A public hearing was called on Ordinance No. 381, an ordinance calling
D for a hearing on rezoning certain areas within the city limits. There were
0-0 no objections and the mayor declared the hearing closed. On motion by Council -
0 man Landiss, seconded by Councilman Rhodes, Ordinance No, 383, an ordinance
M rezoning these areas, was passed and approved.

On motion by Councilman Orr, seconded by Councilman Rosprim, Ordinance
No. 384, an ordinance calling for a special election on the question of dogs
and other animals running at large, was passed and approved and ordered
published.
On motion by Councilman Landiss, seconded by Councilman Rhodes, the city
attorney was instructed to prepare an ordinance prohibiting parking of auto-
mobiles on Highway 6 within the city limits.
On motion by Councilman Orr, seconded by Councilman Rhodes, the audit
report submitted by Durst and Wood was approved and accepted.
On motion by Councilman Orr, seconded by Councilman Rhodes, the city
manager was directed to notify the city attorney six months prior to the
expiration of the two year statute of limitation of any delinquencies in
payment of street paving liens, and it will be the city policy to file suit
against those who are delinquent,
On motion by Councilman Orr, seconded by Councilman Rosprim, the
Cade Motor Co. bid of $2,321.27 for the purchase of a police car was accepted.
The council adjourned subject to call.
