MINUTES OF SPECIAL MEETING
November 14, 1963
Members Present: Mayor Langford; Councilmen Boyett, Orr, Rosprim, Sorrels,
Rhodes; City Attorney Sandstedt, City Secretary Manning,
City Manager Boswell.
The request of Councilman Landiss that he be excused from this meeting
was approved.
Purpose of meeting was to discuss proposed ordinances regulating
animals and fowls running at large, and providing for licensing of dogs,
etc. No formal action was taken. A special meeting was set for 5:00 p.m.,
November 18, 1963, at which time these ordinances will be discussed in
greater detail.
