Cb MINUTES OF SPECIAL MEETING

0 Members Present: Mayor Langford; Councilmen Sorrels, Rosprim, Rhodes, Orr,
Landiss; City Secretary Manning, City Attorney Sandstedt,
City Manager Boswell.
Purpose of meeting was to consider Ordinance No. 369, the city budget
and other questions.
On motion by Councilman Orr, seconded by Councilman Rosprim, Ordinance
No. 369, an ordinance concerning improvements on certain streets within the
city, was passed and approved.
On motion by Councilman Sorrels, seconded by Councilman Rosprim, a
special meeting of the council for consideration of the city budget for
the fiscal year beginning July 1, 1963, was set for 6:30 p.m. May 22, 1963,
and a public hearing on the budget was set for 7:00 p.m. May 27, 1963.
The council set 5:00 pm. May 31, 1963, as the hour to consider
® proposals for the street improvements enumerated in Ordinance No. 369.
