MINUTES OF REGULAR MEETING
October 22, 1962
Members Present: Mayor Langford; Councilmen Boyett, Sorrels, Rosprim, Orr,
Anderson, Landiss; City Secretary Manning, City Manager

Visitors Present: Paul F. Bryant, Lewis D. Hollis, Noah E, New, Raymond
Gomez, Ted Mayo, John W. Nutt, George D. Cozby, Benito

On motion by Councilman Anderson, seconded by Councilman Rosprim,
Ordinance No. 359, an ordinance pertaining to window peeping, was passed and
approved, and ordered published. The vote on the motion was unanimous.
On motion by Councilman Orr, seconded by Councilman Landiss, the
mayor was authorized to renew $8,000 note at the College Station State Bank.
The council set November 19 at 6:30 P.M. as the night for dis-
cussing proposed changes in the charter. The Bryan City Commission will be
invited to dinner the evening of the 19th.
On motion by Councilman Landiss, seconded by Councilman Orr, the
general principles proposed by the Brazos Area Plan were approved. Such
approval in principle shall not imply endorsement or acceptance of any
specific point in the report until approved by the council.
The council adjourned subject to call.
