Members present: Mayor Langford; Councilmen Boyett, Orr, Smith, Sorrels;
City Manager Boswell; City Judge Goode
Visitors present: W. R. Matthews, L. G. Jones, G. F. Potter, J. C. Culpepper,
H. E. Burgess, M. L. Cashion
Purpose of meeting was to discuss the problem of drainage in -..the
Culpepper Plaza area.
After general discussion the consensus was that the city council and
the parties concerned would consider the cost of such improvements in terms
of participation by the city to the extent of forty (40) per cent and sixty
(60) per cent participation by the property owners affected.
