A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ASSISTANT CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE
A PROVIDER AGREEMENT WITH THE TEXAS DEPARTMENT OF HUMAN RESOURCES.
WHEREAS, the City of College Station wishes to continue to be a
provider of Medicaid,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City
of College Station, Texas:
That the City Council do hereby authorize the Assistant City Manager
and his successors to negotiate, on terms and conditions that he
may deem advisable, a contract with the Texas Department of Human
Resources, and to execute said contract on behalf of the City,
and further we do hereby give him the power and authority to do
all things necessary to implement, maintain or renew said contract.
PASSED and APPROVED on the 9th day of August, 1984.
