AN ORDIN~{CE RECEIVING CERTAIN TERRITORY ADJOINING THE CITY
LIMITS OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE STATION, TEXAS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE
STATION, TEXAS:
WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission held a public hearing
at City Hall at 7:00 P.M. on September 1, 1983, and the City
Council has held a public hearing in the City Hall at 7:00 P.M.
on September 8, 1983, on the question of receiving certain
territory into the city limits; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has heard all parties pertaining
thereto, and has determined the following;
That upon compliance with Article II, Section 7, of the City
Charter and applicable laws of the State of Texas, the following
territory shall be incorporated within the city limits:
TRACT J
(S.W. Robertson Survey)
Being all of a 88.04 acre tract of land located in the
S.W. Robertson Survey A-202, comprised of twelve (12)
tracts more fully described as follows, including all
of the right-of-way for Greens Prairie Road north of
and adjacent to the described tract and including all
of the right-of-way for Arrington Road adjacent to the
described tract, save and except that portion of land
proposed in the right-of-way taking for State
Department of Highways and Public Transportation
Project Number 8017-1-25, I.P.E. Number 069 and 294
according to right-of-way plat maps on file in the
College Station City Engineer's Office which are
incorporated herein by reference:

Being all of a 0.25 acre tract recorded in Volume 165,
Page 174, of the Deed Records of Brazos County, Texas.
Tract 2
Being all of a 10.36 acre tract recorded in Volume 165,
Page 174, of the Deed Records of Brazos County, Texas.
Tract 3
Being all of a 18.53 acre tract recorded in Volume 410,
Page 138, of the Deed Records of Brazos County, Texas.

Tract 5
Being all of a 9.76 acre tract recorded in Volume 487,
Page 122, of the Deed Records of Brazos County, Texas.
Tract 6
Being all of a 10.38 acre tract recorded in Volume 479,
Page 636, of the Deed records of Brazos County, Texas.
Tract 7
Being all of a 0.2 acre tract recorded in Volume 275
Page 203, of the Deed Records of Brazos County, Texas.
Tract 8
Being all of a 11.0 acre tract recorded in Volume 597
Page 611, of the Deed Records of Brazos County, Texas.
Tract 9
Being all of a 4.0 acre tract recorded in Volume 303,
Page 522, of the Deed Records of Brazos County, Texas.
Tract 10
Being all of a 5.04 acre tract recorded in Volume 294,
Page 43, of the Deed records of Brazos County, Texas.
Tract 11
Being all of a 8.59 acre tract recorded in Volume 296,
Page 628, of the Deed Records of Brazos County, Texas.
Tract 12
Being all of a 3.0 acre tract recorded in Volume 290,
Page 311, of the Deed Records of Brazos County, Texas.

Being all of a 25.21 acre tract of land in the A.
Babille Survey A-76, being comprised of three (3)
tracts of land more fully described as follows,
including all of the right-of-way for Greens Pralrie
Road North of and adjacent to the described tract and
including all of the right-of-way for Arrington Road

adjacent to the described tract, save and except that
portion of land proposed in the right-of-way taking for

585, Page 714, of the Deed Records of Brazos County,
Texas.
Tract 2
Being all of a 0.04 acre tract described in Volume 267,
Page 193, of the Deed Records of Brazos County, Texas.
Tract 3
Being all of a 0.2 acre tract described in Volume 478,
Page 86, of the Deed Records of Brazos County, Texas.
Attached to and incorporated herein as a part of this Ordinance
is a service plan, marked Exhibit "A", providing for the
extension of municipal services into the duly described
territory, said plan having been presented at the public hearing
heretofore named and subsequently approved by the city council of
the City of College Station, Texas.
PASSED and APPROVED this 13th day of October, 1983.

SERVICE PLAN
TO Whom It May Concern:
Thls document addresses the extension of Municipal Services
within an 88.04 acre tract located in the S.W. Robertson League
and a 25.21 acre tract located in the A. Babille Survey adjacent
to and south of the current clty limits and as described more
fully in the ordinance of annexation.
The City Council of the City of College Station, by action on
O~tobe~ 13__1983, and prior to the passage of the ordinance of
-~nnexati6n' of the above-named tract, did approve Resolution No.
10-13-84-04 , entitled A RESOLUTION ADOPTING A PLAN OF
SERVICE FOR ANNEXATION OF 3L80 ACRES ALONG STATE HIGHWAY 6 TO
THE SOUTH OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE STATION, TEXAS. Said
Resolution, duly recorded in the official MINUTES RECORDS of the
City of College Station and available for viewing in the office
of the City Secretary, provides for the extension of municipal
services into this area, as prescribed by the provlslons of
Article 970a, Vernon's Texas Clvil Statutes, as amended by
HB-1952.

provides complete information relating to each of the above-named
municipal services.
