A~enda Item No. 1 - Closed session to discuss personnel

1. Discussion of Administrative Appointments.
The Council moved to closed session and later reopened to the
public.
A~enda Item No. 2 - Action on closed session.
Councilman Runnels moved to appoint Mr. Philip Banks to the po-
sition of Municipal Judge and Ms. Cathleen Riedel to the position
of Assistant Municipal Judge.
Councilman Brown seconded the motion which was approved unani-
mously, 7-0.
Mayor Halter swore in Ms. Riedel as Assistant Municipal Judge.

Mayor Halter adjourned the meeting at 5:45 P.M.
