CITY COUNCIL WORKSHOP MEETING
WEDNESDAY, MAY 7, 1986
5:00 P.M.

City Manager Cole, City Attorney
Locke, City Secretary Jones, Council
Coordinator Garrett
The meeting was called to order with Councilman Jones absent.
Agenda Item No. 1 - Council Concerns
Councilman Bond commented about the static electricity problem
located in the vicinity of Rio Grande Drive.
City Mangager replied that he was not aware of any complaints
made by residents in this area.
Councilman Bond asked if there were alternative ways to control
the interference or leakage of static electricity.
City Manager Cole responded by saying that that an Electrical
Engineer would suggest the problem could be solved with the
sufficient amount of monies.
Councilman Bond also asked when certain population signs in the
City would be changed.
City Manager Cole replied he would check with the Highway
Department for an update.
Agenda Item No. 2 - Closed session to discuss Personnel

The council moved to closed session.
Councilman Jones arrived at the meeting.
Agenda Item No. 3 - Action on closed session.
No action was taken in closed session.
