A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING THE FEES TO BE CHARGED WRECKER
COMPANIES TO OBTAIN ANNUAL PERMITS TO OPERATE AND TO BE
PLACED ON THE ROTATION LIST.
WHEREAS, The City Council of the City of College Station on
July 13, 1989, passed Ordinance No. 1814 establishing the
fees to be charged wrecker companies to obtain annual per-
mits to operate and to be placed upon the Rotation List;
and
WHEREAS, the fees were to be established by Resolution of
the City Council after public hearing;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED By the City Council of the
City of College Station that the following standard fees
are to be established for obtaining the following permits,
as set forth below:
Annual Permit to Operate ....... $25.00 per wrecker
Annual Fee to be placed
on the Rotation List .......... $120.00 per wrecker
company
PASSED and APPROVED this 13th day of July, 1989.
