Aqenda Item No. i - Presentation of Service Plaquess to City
Council Members.
Mayor Ringer presented service plaques to Councilman Jim Gardner,
Councilman Lynn McIlhaney, and Councilman Fred Brown for their
two years of service on the Council.
Aqenda Item No. 2 - New City Council Men-ers to take Oath of
Office. Presentation of Certificates of Election.
With City Judge Banks officiating, the oath of office was taken
by Fred Brown, Councilman, Place 1; Lynn McIlhaney, Councilman,
Place 3; Jim Gardner, Councilman Place 5. Mayor Ringer presented
the councilmembers with their Certificates of Election.

Mayor Ringer adjourned the meeting at 7:10 p.m. and invited
everyone to the reception welcoming the incoming council members.
