A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE THE
TRAFFIC SERVICES COMPUTERIZED TRAFFIC ENFORCEMENT PROGRAM
CONTRACT WITH THE STATE DEPARTMENT OF HIGHWAYS AND PUBLIC
TRANSPORTATION FOR THE CONTINUATION OF THE "TRASER" PROGRAM
FOR THE PERIOD OF OCTOBER 1, 1990 THROUGH SEPTEMBER 30,
1991.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE
STATION, TEXAS, that the City Manager of the City of College
Station is hereby authorized to execute the Traffic Services
Computerized Traffic Enforcement Program with the State
Department of highways and Public Transportation for the
continuation of the "TRASER" program for the period of
October 1, 1990 through September 30, 1991.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
College Station on this 13th day of ~ept~mb~r ,
1990.
