Mr. Gle .nn ..Blaisdell, 2.8.14 Arroyo Court North, inquire..d about a rollback election and the .i~.'tial proceedings. G. ity Attorney Locke replied that he would need to contact his attorney for direction. Mr. Charles Schoonover also inquired about the procedure to petition a rollback election. He expressed his concern that the utility rates will not be lowered by the tax rate. Mavor Rinaer clarified that his statement in the paper wa.s that a portion of the sal~S tax c?:)uld be used to reduce utility r.a. tes. and a portion could be used to offset future tax increases because of capital ]rctprovement programs. The public hearing was closed.
