Councilmen City .Attorney MINUTES OF SPECIAL MEETING March 8, 1950 The City Council met in a called session March S, 1950, at 4:00 P.M. with the following members present: Mayor Langford; Councilmen Ames, Badgett, Black, Pitch, and Orr; City Manager Rogers and City Secretary McGinnis. This Council meeting was called by the Mayor for the purpose of discussing our electric power problem with Mr. M. H.
