TO THE MaBERS OF THE CITY COiTNCIL AND THE CITY ATTORNEY OF THE
CITY OF COLLEGE STATION, TEXAS:
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a special meeting of the City
Council of the City of College Station will be held on the 13th
day of April, 1950 at the City Hall in said city at 5:00 p.m. for the
purpose of passing on matters as follows:
1. Utility matters

CONSENT TO MEETING
We, the undersigned members of the City Council and the City
Attorney of the City of College Station, hereby accept service of the
foregoing notice, waiving any and all irregularities in such notice and
consent and agree that said City Council shall meet at the time and
place therein named and for the purpose therein stated.

MINUTES OF SPECIAL MEETING
April 13, 1950
Councilmen present were Orr, Black, Badgett, Halpin, and
Ames, Mayor Langford, and pity Manager Rogers.
Visitors present were Cecil Culpepper and W. C. Davis
representing Mrs. Redmond.
After a general discussion by all it was moved by Halpin
and a second by Black that the City Manager be instructed not
to cut off the water at Redmond's pending a final dicision.
It was mutually agreed that a meeting would be called
for April 25, 1950, at the Aggieland Inn and that the Council
would meet after that for an informal unofficial meeting to
discuss problems in general.
