Bids in due form were opened and read for construction of the North Gate Interceptor Sewer, the plans, proposal, and specifications, and bond forms for which were prepared by Homer E. Hunter, Consulting Engineer, Dallas, Texas, and advertisement for bids on same made in accordance with law. Bids and bidders were as follows: Bidder Amount of Bid C. L.
