Members presents Councilmen Orr (Mayor Fro -Tem presiding), Ames,
Fitch, Halpin; City Secretary McGinnis; City Engineer Benson; City
Attorney Barger.
Bids in due form were opened and read for construction of the
North Gate Interceptor Sewer, the plans, proposal, and specifications,
and bond forms for which were prepared by Homer E. Hunter, Consulting
Engineer, Dallas, Texas, and advertisement for bids on same made in
accordance with law.

NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING
TO THE MEMRERS OF THE CITY COUNCIL AND THE CITY ATTORNEY OF THE
CITY OF COLLEGE STATION, TEXASs
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a special meeting of the City
Council of the pity of College Station will be held on the 14th
day of April, 1950 at the City Hall in said city at 7s30 p.m. for
the purpose of passing on matters as follows:
1. Opening of bids for construction of the North Gate
Interceptor Sewer

CONSENT TO MEETING
We, the undersigned members of the City Council and the City
Attorney of the City of College Station, hereby accept service of the
foregoing notice, waiving any and all irregularities in such notice and
consent and agree that said City Council shall meet at the time and
place therein named and for the purpose therein stated.
