TO THE MEMBERS OF THE CITY COUNCIL AND THE CITY ATTORNEY OF THE
CITY OF COLLEGE STATION, TEXAS:
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a special meeting of the City
Council of the City of College Station will be held on the 5th day
of,April, 1951, at the City Hall in said city at 5:00 p.m. for the
purpose of passing on matters as follows:
1. Canvassing ballots of general city election held on
April 3, 1951.

CONSENT TO MEETING
We, the undersigned members of the City Council and the City
Attorney of the City of College Station, hereby accept service of the
foregoing notice, waiving any and all irregularities in such notice and
consent and agree that said City Council shall meet at the time and
place therein named and for the purpose therein stated.

CALLED CITY COUNCIL MEETING
April 5, 1951
The City Council met in a called session at 5:00 p.m. April 5,
1951, for the purpose of canvassing the results of the City election
held on April 3rd, 1951, with the following members present: Mayor
Langford; Councilmen Badgett, Black, Fitch, and Orr, City Secretary
McGinnis; City Manager Rogers, and Assistant City Secretary Boswell.
Councilman Black made a motion, seconded by Councilman Badgett,
that the returns of the election held on April 3rd, 1951, be accepted as
follows:
