May . , City ofL;ollege Station Secretary, City of College Station, Texas CONSENT TO .MEETING We, the undersigned members of the City Council and the City Attorney of the City of College Station, hereby accept service of the foregoing notice, waiving any and all irregularities in such notice and consent and agree that said City Council shall meet at the time and place therein named and for the pi? n ose therein stated. ^� Coti cilme City Attorney '011396 MINUTES OF SPE Q AL CITY COUNCIL METING April 12, 1951 The City Council met in a called session at 1:15 p.m., April 12, 1951, with the following members present: Mayor Pro -Tem Orr; Councilmen Halpin, Badgett Boyer, and Ames; City Secretary McGinnis; City Manager Rogers; and Assistant City Secretary Boswell. The meeting was called to consider a petition for an area to be brought into the city limits. Councilman Halpin made a motion, seconded by Councilman Boyer, that the Council adopt Ordinance No. 157, an ordinance receiving certain territory adjoining the limits of the city into and in- corporating the same as part of the City of College Station, Texas.
