Mayor o -Tem, City of College Station, Texas eli City Secretary, City of College Station, Texas CONSENT TO MEETING We, the undersigned members of the City Council and the City Attorney of the City of College Station, Texas, hereby accept service of the foregoing notice, waiving any and all irregularities in such notice and consent and agree that said City Council shall meet at the time and place therein named and for the purpose therein state r ?-Zrunt Cit�ttorney mss ��,c J MINUTES OF SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL MEETING April 13, 1951 The City Council met in a called session at 11:45 a. m., April 13, 1951 with the following members present:. Mayor Pro -Tem Orr; Councilmen Halpin, Badgett, Boyer, Ames, and Fitch; City Secretary McGinnis; City Manager Rogers; and Assistant City Secretary Boswell. The meeting was called to consider a ?petition for an area to be brought into the city limits. Councilman Badgett made a motion, seconded by Councilman Halpin, that the Council adopt Ordinance No. 158, an ordinance ordering the filing of a petition from J. C. Culpepper and A. P. Boyett for the annexation of certain vacant territory adjacent to and contiguous to the city and ordering a hearing on said petition. The Council vote was unanimous in favor of the motion.
