Cb m CALLED MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL September 13, 1954 The City Council met in a called session at 5:00 P. M. on September 13, 1954, with the following present: Mayor Langford, Councilmen Black, Boyett, Orr, Seeger, and Sorrels; City Attorney Barger; City Manager Boswell and City Secretary McGinnis. Councilman Sorrels made a motion, seconded by Councilman Orr, that Ordinance No. 194' and Ordinance vacating certain tracts of land on Fairview Street in College Park, be passed. The vote of the council was unanimous in favor of the motion. Councilman Orr made a motion, seconded by Councilman Boyetts that the request of Mrs. C. Winfield Burchard that she be given permission to construct an above—ground burial vault on a lot to be selected in Section F or Section G., be granted.
