HomeMy WebLinkAbout10-10-91-19 - Resolution - 10/10/1991RESOLUTION NO. 10-10-91-19 A RESOLUTION ADDING FEES TO THE FEES ESTABLISHED IN CHAPTER 14 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE STATION. WHEREAS, the City of College Station City Council has deter- mined that certain services performed for members of the public should be charged for the benefit of the public; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of College Station that the following fee schedule is adopted for the services provided by the City of College Station: The following services provided by the City of College Station shall be paid for by the recipient of those services, the fee for which shall as follows: A. BUILDING DEPARTMENT FEES 1. Building Permit Fees (a) For one and two family residential construc- tion, the valuation of structure and site improvements shall be calculated at $40.00 x the heated floor area and $20.00 x the unheated area. (b) Re-inspection Fee of $15.00 (¢) For each separate structure, the Building Permit Fees shall be follows: Valuation of Structure and Site Improvements Fee $0.00 to $1,000.00 $1,001.00 to $50,000.00 $15.00 per thousand $15.00 for the first $1,000.00 plus $5.00 for each additional thousand including $50,000.00 RESOLUTION NO.10-10-91-19 Page 2 $50,001.00 to $100,000.00 $260.00 for the first $50,000.00 plus $4.00 for each additional thousand including $100,000.00 $100,001.00 to $500,000.00 $460.00 for the first $100,000.00 plus $3.00 for each addi- tional thousand in- cluding $500,000.00 $500,001.00 and up $1,660.00 for the first $500,000.00 plus $2.00 for each additional thousand Electrical Permit Fees (a) Repair and Alteration Electrical Permit - $20.00 (b) Residential Electrical Permit - $30.00 min- imum, up to and including 2,000 square feet plus one cent ($.01) per square foot over 2,000 square feet. (c) Commercial Electrical Permit - $30.00 min- imum, up to and including 2,000 square feet plus one cent ($.01) per square foot over 2,000 square feet.
