A RESOLUTION SETTING FEES ESTABLISHED IN CHAPTER 14 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE STATION.
WHEREAS, the City of College Station City Council has deter-
mined that certain services performed for members of the
public should be charged for the benefit of the public;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of College Station that the following fee schedule is
adopted for the services provided by the City of College
Station:

The following services provided by the City of College
Station shall be paid for by the recipient of those
services, the fee for which shall as follows:
1. Police Department Fees:
(a)
Police Department records checks provided to
citizens upon request. Governmental agencies
making such requests shall be exempt from the
provisions of this section: $2.00 per check
and verification.
(b)
Requests for incident reports prepared by the
Police and Fire Departments: $2.00 per copy.
(c)
Fingerprinting by the Police Department upon
request. The fingerprinting of children is
hereby exempted from the payment requirement:
$5.00 per person.
(d)
Police Department escort services for other
than emergency services: $25.00 per escort.
2. Fire Department Feeg:
(a)
Fire Department inspections of day care
centers: $30.00 per inspection. Ail tests
outside the city limits shall be charged at
this rate times 1.5 plus $.26 per mile plus
$17.00 for travel time.
(b)
Fire Department inspections of foster home:
$30.00 per inspection. Ail tests outside the

Fire Department inspections of health care
facility: $50.00 per inspection. Ail tests
outside the city limits shall be charged at
this rate times 1.5 plus $.26 per mile plus
$17.00 for travel time.
Automatic hood tests performed by the Fire
Department: $30.00 per inspection. Ail tests
outside the city limits shall be charged at
this rate times 1.5 plus $.26 per mile plus
$17.00 for travel time.
Fire Department inspections of automatic fire
alarm systems: $30.00 per inspection. All
tests outside the city limits shall be
charged at this rate times 1.5 plus $.26 per
mile plus $17.00 for travel time.
Fire Department testing of the natural gas
system: $30.00 per inspection. Ail tests out-
side the city limits shall be charged at this
rate times 1.5 plus $.26 per mile plus $17.00
for travel time.
Fuel tank leak testing performed by the Fire
Department: $30.00 per inspection. Ail tests
outside the city limits shall be charged at
this rate times 1.5 plus $.26 per mile plus
$17.00 for travel time.
Fuel line leak testing performed by the Fire
Department: $30.00 per inspection. Ail
tests outside the city limits shall be
charged at this rate times 1.5 plus $.26 per
mile plus $17.00 for travel time.
The provision of Basic Emergency Medical
Services without transportation shall be pro-
vided without charge within the corporate
limits of the City of College Station.
The provision of Basic Emergency Medical
Services with transportation from a location
within the corporate limits of College

station to a location within Brazos County
shall be charged at $250.00 per individual
transported.
The provision of Advanced Life Support
Services with transportation from a location
within the corporate limits of College
Station to a location within Brazos County
shall be charged at $250.00 per individual
transported.
The provision of Basic Emergency Medical
Services with transportation from a location
outside the corporate limits shall be charged
at $250 per individual transported plus
mileage at $3.00 per mile (round trip).
Response to or the provision of Basic Emer-
gency Medical Services without transportation
at a location outside the corporate limits of
the City of College Station shall be charged
at $100.00 per individual provided care.
The provision of Advanced Life Support
Services with transportation from a location
outside the corporate limits shall be charged
at $250 and $3.00 per mile for each individ-
ual transported (round trip).
The provision of Basic Emergency Medical
Services to a location outside of Brazos
County shall be charged at $250.00 per indi-
vidual transported plus mileage at $3.00 per
mile (round trip).
The provision of Advanced Life Support
Services with transportation to a location
outside of Brazos County shall be charged at
$250.00 per individual transported plus
mileage at $3.00 per mile (round trip).
Fire sprinkler system testing performed by
the Fire Department: $65.00 per inspection.
All tests outside the city limits shall be
charged at this rate times 1.5 plus $.26 per
mile plus $17.00 for travel time.

3. Public Services Department Fees:
(a)
Collection of animal carcasses from the
offices of veterinarians shall be made at a
charge of $15.00 per animal carcass.
(b)
Street sweep made either at the request of
generator or necessitated as a result of
washing of dirt, littering, or depositing of
any organic or inorganic material by a gener-
ator, and outside of the customary street
sweep program, at a charge of $40.00 per
hour.
(c)
Permit and inspection fee for allowing the
cutting of streets, alleyways, or sidewalks:
$25.00.
(d)
Repair of damaged streets, alleyways, or
sidewalks: $35.00 per square yard, with a
minimum charge of $100.00.
