WHEREAS, the City Council of College Station passed
Ordinance No. 1885 regulating the purchases and
sales of used goods on March 14, 1991; and
WHEREAS, the standard permit fees were to be
established by resolution after a public hearing;
THERE BE IT hereby resolved by the City Council of the
City of College Station that the following maximum
standard fees are established for such purchases
and sales of used goods:
Permit for Purchases and Sales of Used
Goods ........................... $25.00
