RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A REAL
ESTATE CONTRACT FOR THE PURCHASE OF A WATER WELL SITE.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of College
Station met at its regular meeting on July 25, 1991;
and
WHEREAS, the City Council considered the purchase of an
additional water well site for future municipal use;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF COLLEGE STATION, TEXAS, that the Mayor is
hereby authorized to execute a Real Estate Contract and
do all things necessary for the purchase of a water
well site, a copy of which is attached hereto as
Exhibit "A".
PASSED and APPROVED this 25th day of July, 1991.
